Treatment overview

Lifting & Sculpting Face Massage at Topaz combines external Myofascial and Korugi techniques, with pressure and areas of focus adapted to your comfort. Massage includes the face and connected neck, shoulder, décolleté and scalp areas.

The 60-minute format starts with consultation and areas of focus, followed by external massage of the face, neck, décolleté, neck/shoulder-collar area and scalp. Serum and a skin-type-appropriate cream finish the appointment.

The 75-minute format includes the same core massage plus a skin-type-appropriate mask, hand massage while the mask is on, and warm towels around the feet.

The 90-minute format includes longer massage, a chemical peel selected after assessing your skin, and an LED mask. Peel intensity is chosen individually, not fixed for every client.

Durations refer to the entire appointment, not continuous massage time. The core Lifting formats are external; Buccal Face Massage is the separate appointment that includes intraoral work.

Is this treatment right for you?

Is this treatment right for you?

This treatment may suit clients who notice facial tightness, clenching-related tension, puffiness, or a tired appearance and prefer a hands-on service without devices or intensive exfoliation. It can also be a restorative choice between skin-focused appointments when relaxation and muscle comfort are the main priorities.

Share recent injectables, surgery, dental work, acute jaw pain, skin irritation, and any medical guidance that affects massage. The treatment is not a replacement for care from a physician, dentist, or physiotherapist when pain, injury, or a diagnosed condition is involved.

Benefits

What to expect

  1. Consultation & assessment

We discuss your goals. We assess how tension in your neck, shoulders, and face affects how you look and feel, and confirm your chosen appointment format.

  2. Breathing & preparation

Guided diaphragmatic breathing helps you settle into the appointment. Gentle cleansing prepares the skin for hands-on work.

  3. Face, neck, décolleté & scalp

External work includes the face, neck, décolleté, neck/shoulder-collar area and scalp, with attention adjusted to your areas of focus.

  4. Customized Myofascial & Korugi work

This is the core of your face lifting massage. We combine fascial work with precise sculpting. Pressure adjusts to your comfort throughout.

  5. Your selected finish

The 60-minute visit finishes with serum and skin-type-appropriate cream. The 75-minute format adds a mask, hand massage and warm foot towels. The 90-minute format adds longer massage, an assessment-selected chemical peel and an LED mask. We explain individual aftercare.

Good to know

Prepare, recover and care for your skin.

What you may notice

You may notice a more rested, sculpted appearance, less visible puffiness and a feeling of release through the face, neck and shoulders after the first session. The aim is a lifted and refreshed appearance while preserving natural movement and expression.

For maintenance, sessions around every three to four weeks may be discussed. Some clients with persistent muscular tension prefer an initial interval of two to three weeks, then review their response. The effect and ideal frequency vary.

Recovery and downtime

Massage may cause temporary flushing or mild tenderness. Recovery also depends on the skincare selected, particularly the chemical peel in the 90-minute format. Discuss the expected response and event timing before proceeding; there is no universal downtime promise across all formats.

Arrive with a clean face where practical and wear comfortable clothing so you can relax through neck and shoulder work. Tell the studio about recent injectables, facial surgery, dental work, active skin irritation or pain that has not been assessed.

Avoid aggressive self-massage immediately afterward. Follow the individual skincare guidance for your chosen format, especially after the assessment-selected peel in the 90-minute appointment. Ask when to resume exfoliating products and follow the sun-protection advice provided.

Is a lifting face massage painful?

Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort. Some areas may feel intense during muscle or fascial work, but it should not hurt. We encourage communication throughout your session.

How is this different from a regular facial?

The core is external Myofascial and Korugi massage of the face, neck, décolleté, neck/shoulder area and scalp. All formats include finishing skincare; the 75-minute option adds a mask and the 90-minute option includes an assessment-selected chemical peel and LED mask.

Does the 90-minute option include products to take home?

No take-home product set is included in the description of these formats. The 90-minute option includes longer massage, an assessment-selected chemical peel and an LED mask during the appointment.

Does this include buccal massage?

The core Lifting formats are external and are the choice for clients who prefer no intraoral work. The existing optional Buccal add-on is CA$30 and is not part of the standard session; discuss it with the studio if desired. The separate 60-minute Buccal Face Massage includes external and intraoral work.

How often should I have lifting face massage?

For maintenance, around every three to four weeks may suit you. An initial interval of two to three weeks can be discussed for ongoing tension, then reviewed according to comfort and response. There is no compulsory course.
