Health Form

All clients are asked to complete an online health form before their appointment. The information helps Topaz Facial Studio understand relevant health considerations and select an appropriate treatment approach.

Booking an Appointment

Topaz Facial Studio operates by appointment only. Appointments can be booked through our current online booking system. For same-day availability, please contact the studio using one of the methods listed on our Contact page.

Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to secure an appointment and is applied toward the cost of the scheduled service.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time without forfeiting the deposit. Please contact the studio to confirm how the deposit will be handled when an appointment is changed with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment so that the following client’s appointment is not delayed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation if the remaining appointment time is not sufficient or the schedule cannot accommodate the delay. In that situation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

Clients who reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice on two consecutive occasions may be required to prepay future appointments in full at the time of booking.

No-shows

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be required to prepay the full treatment price before booking another appointment.

Product Returns and Exchanges

If you experience an unwanted reaction to a product purchased directly from Topaz Facial Studio, please contact the studio within seven days of purchase. Subject to review, the product may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

This product policy does not state that treatment services are refundable or that every opened product can be returned for any reason.
