Topaz Signature Custom Facial
A facial designed after an in-depth skin analysis, not a pre-set protocol. Professional skincare and Topaz's signature facial massage approach are tailored to what your skin needs on the day.

A thoughtful first step when you want to understand your skin, simplify your choices, and leave with a clearer direction.

This one-on-one consultation reviews visible skin concerns and your goals, whether they involve breakouts, ageing, sensitivity or pigmentation. It is a useful starting point when you are unsure what kind of congestion or breakout pattern you have, or want a cosmetic care plan before booking a treatment. We take a close look at your skin’s current state and the factors that may influence it, including your routine and lifestyle.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your skin type and condition, what it needs and what to avoid, and a personalized plan for home care and professional treatments. This is a dedicated planning appointment rather than a full facial. The current booking specifies that the $50 fee goes toward treatment or products if you decide to proceed and is applied to your final payment.

This appointment may suit first-time Topaz clients, people who feel overwhelmed by treatment menus, and anyone considering a service that requires a more careful suitability discussion. It can also be useful when your skin has changed, when a previous routine is no longer working as expected, or when you want a professional perspective before investing in a treatment plan.
A consultation does not replace medical assessment. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, an active infection, an unexplained change, or symptoms that need medical attention, speak with an appropriate healthcare professional. Bring that information to Topaz so recommendations can stay within an esthetic scope.
We discuss your concerns, current products, sensitivities and previous treatment experience.
We examine the current skin condition and explain what we see, distinguishing issues such as dehydration, congestion and sensitivity.
Together we build a practical home-care and treatment plan. You can ask questions before deciding how to proceed.

Good to know
Choose a topic to learn what to expect before and after your appointment.
The outcome is a clearer plan rather than a promise of a particular skin change. You should leave understanding which treatment direction may fit, why it was suggested, and what information or preparation is needed next.
There is no treatment downtime because this is a consultation and analysis appointment.
Bring a list or photographs of the skincare products you use regularly, including prescription products if relevant. Note recent professional treatments, reactions, allergies, and the concerns that matter most to you. Arriving with minimal makeup can make visual analysis easier, but the studio can guide you if that is not practical.
Review the recommendations before purchasing new products or scheduling multiple treatments. If your practitioner asks you to pause an active product or seek medical guidance before a service, follow that direction. Contact the studio if your health history, medication, or skin condition changes before the planned appointment.
Not sure which treatment to choose?
No. It is a focused skin analysis and planning appointment. Any treatment recommended afterward is booked separately.
Not necessarily. Many personalized facials include an assessment at the beginning. A separate consultation is most useful when you are unsure what to choose or are considering an option that needs more screening.
Bring your product list, relevant treatment history, known sensitivities, and the questions you want answered. Photographs can help if a concern changes over time.
You will receive personalized guidance based on the information available. Recommendations can change if your skin, health history, medications, or goals change.
